Last year, I had the pleasure of co-facilitating the Write Into You Journaling Workshop with the wonderful Pam Shepard. It was a journey of reflection, release, and creative rediscovery. Below, I’ve included the Oracle spread from Module 2: Release. Reclaim. Reimagine., a powerful invitation to let go, call back your truth, and envision what’s next. You can use Tarot Cards if you feel called or use both Tarot and Oracle for even deeper insights.
How to Use the Tarot and Oracle Spread
Release. Reclaim. Reimagine.
This Tarot and Oracle spread is an invitation to gently shed what no longer serves, call your energy back home, and open yourself to what wants to be created next. Move slowly. This is not about prediction, it’s about remembrance and conscious choice.
Before You Begin
Create a quiet container. Find a space where you won’t be interrupted. Light a candle, take a few deep breaths, or place a hand on your heart to arrive fully.
Set your intention. Silently or aloud, say something like: “I am open to releasing what is ready to fall away, reclaiming my truth, and reimagining what is possible for me now.”
Shuffle your oracle deck mindfully. As you shuffle, hold the energy of this transition. Notice any emotions, memories, or sensations that arise.
The Spread
Lay the cards out in order, left to right.
Card 1 – Release
What am I being asked to let go of right now? This card highlights a belief, pattern, relationship, or attachment that has completed its purpose. Notice resistance here, what you resist often holds the key.
Card 2 – Reclaim
What part of myself is ready to be called back? This card points to lost energy, suppressed truth, or an aspect of your authentic self that wants reintegration.
Card 3 – Reimagine
What is ready to be created or envisioned next? This card offers a glimpse of what becomes possible once release and reclamation occur. Think of it as an energetic doorway rather than a fixed outcome.
Working With the Messages
Read each card intuitively before referencing the guidebook.
Ask: How does this apply to my current season of life?
Let the cards speak symbolically. Trust what resonates, release what doesn’t.

Integration & Reflection
Journal on the following prompts:
What feels most challenging to release and why?
How can I actively reclaim what this spread revealed?
What small, embodied step can I take to honor the future I am reimagining?

You may wish to return to this spread multiple times. Each reading can reveal a deeper layer as your energy shifts.
If you're committed to a path of personal growth and self-discovery, let's connect. My Tarot and Oracle Readings create a shared space where we can connect with your energy, explore the cards, and open up to insights that lead to self-reflection, clarity, and empowered decision-making.
